return and exchange policy

from our artistic packaging, to the unique piece cuts, our one-of-a-kind acrylic puzzle art is so special that we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on our puzzles. we can, however, exchange our acrylic frames (undamaged, in original packaging) of equal/lesser value. please contact help@eklektikpieces.com
