what is ēklektik pieces?

ēklektik pieces is an acrylic form of puzzled art.  we are an art-forward brand focused on bringing friends & family together while admiring and assembling beautiful pieces of art!  turn your love of puzzling into stylish pieces of art to be displayed on your coffee table, on your shelf, or as a collage on your wall.  our uniquely designed, one-of-a-kind acrylic puzzles are as much fun to assemble as they are to display in our custom acrylic colored frames (designed to fit all of our puzzled art pieces). 

 

where is ēklektik pieces made?

our custom acrylic puzzles are proudly made in kansas city!  we are a boutique company, selling our puzzles on our website and at our store located in The westside of kansas city, mo (opening spring 2024). stop in and see us soon, where you can view all of our unique products come to life!  In the meantime, be on the lookout for our midwest pop-up locations throughout the kansas city, denver, and st. louis markets! we are truly one-of-a-kind and can't wait for you to experience the feeling of completing one of our ēklektik pieces.

what's an "artik" piece?

acrylic puzzle pieces that are specially designed by our artists to reflect the subject matter of the puzzle image, we refer to as "artik" pieces.  our talented designers have curated detailed, artfully creative, artik puzzle pieces.  artik pieces combine to create your acrylic  ēklektik pieces puzzle. we pride ourselves on all the little details and we know you will feel this from the moment you "klik" your first pieces together.

 

are your piece counts exact?

our piece counts are approximate.  this allows you to gauge the general complexity of each puzzle… understanding that currently, all of our puzzles are the same overall size (approximately 15.5” x 11.5” x .25").  we don't rate our puzzles based on difficulty because skill levels vary - therefore we provide an approximate piece count so you can determine the rate at which you assemble the puzzled art!

 

are your acrylic art puzzles rated by difficulty?

because puzzle difficulty is extremely subjective & varies from person-to-person, we do not rate our puzzles by difficulty. a general rule of thumb would be, the more pattern/colors in an art image, along with lower piece counts, the easier the puzzle will be to assemble!! need a quick tip to assist in your assembly? we get it!  head to our website & search “ēklekTIPS” to find your puzzle image for a small helpful hint to get started.

 

what ages do you recommend your puzzles for?

we recommend our acrylic puzzles for adults and children 8 years and older. please know that some of our unique pieces are quite small and detailed (& can have sharper edges), so they can be considered choking hazards for humans and animals alike. please safely assemble your acrylic puzzled art (if children are assembling, adult supervision is required) on a table or flat surface out of reach from small children & pets. 

 

how do I frame my ēklektik pieces art puzzle?

we know you enjoyed your time assembling your acrylic puzzle, and now want to proudly display your artwork! with our ēklektik pieces frame, now you can!

the above page will show you how easy it is to slide your puzzle into its stylish, colored, acrylic frame! pull the tray out, slide your puzzle on, and close the tray… truly that simple! display it flat on a coffee table or vertically on a shelf. each frame also has a built-in brackets for easy wall hanging too!

can the acrylic puzzles be glued?

no… you do NOT need glue!  we like to keep it simple.... and pretty.  we do NOT recommend gluing your acrylic puzzles together. our pieces are made specifically to "klik" together; therefore there's no need to glue your puzzle! 

check out our easy, interchangeable, custom acrylic frames!  they are the perfect way to beautifully display your ēklektik pieces. they are so versatile, they allow you the option of easily switching out any of your ēklektik pieces as often as you like!

 

help!!  what if I lost a piece?

puzzle piece replacement policy

have you searched high and low and still can’t find that “AH HA” piece? we will replace your lost piece, free of charge (up to 3 pieces per order). just send us an email with your order number and a picture of your completed (almost) puzzle to help@eklektikpieces.com. 

replacement pieces usually take 5-14 days to get to you.

*please keep in mind that each acrylic puzzle is individually crafted, so we will do our best to re-create the missing piece(s), but it may not be an exact match.*

 

the puzzle image I want is sold out. what do I do?

subscribe to our emails! we'll be sure to announce when they're back in stock. in the meantime, be sure to check back in on our website as we are regularly releasing new images and collaborating with new artists!

what payment methods do you accept?

we accept all major credit cards, shop pay and apple pay.

 

what if I’m interested in placing a large or bulk order?

are ēklektik pieces available in my area?

our ēklektik pieces storefront is located in the westside of kansas city (809 W. 17th St. KC, MO 64108).  we look forward to seeing you at our grand opening in 2024!

 

what's the status of my order?

you will receive an email when your order is placed and again when it ships. you are always welcome to reach out via help@eklektikpieces.com with any questions.

once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed to the email address associated with the order. 

you will receive an email from us to let you know once your order is on the way and another email upon delivery. all orders are shipped using tracked delivery for added peace of mind. 

please email us at help@eklektikpieces.com as soon as possible if you would like to change/cancel your order. We'll do our best to process your request. *please note that ēklektik pieces is unable to accommodate any changes to the items or the delivery address once a shipping label has been created.

 

why don’t orders placed over the weekend ship until the following week?

all of our puzzles ship out of our factory in kansas city, KS.  our factory is open 8am-5pm (Central Standard Time- CST) monday through thursday.  any in stock orders placed from 8am-2pm (CST) will ship within 3-5 business days.  all in stock orders placed after these hours, on the weekends, or during a holiday, will ship within the following 3-5 business days. providing quality products and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. 

 

what are the domestic shipping costs?

$10 standard shipping rate applies to all orders and is limited to the contiguous U.S. unless otherwise explicitly stated in promotional emails or on the website.  

 

does ēklektik pieces ship internationally?

currently, ēklektik pieces does not ship internationally. However, we do ship throughout the U.S. 

we cannot split orders and deliver to multiple addresses. If you would like to send puzzles/frames to different destinations, then you will need to place separate orders.

 

my order is a gift. can you please not provide pricing in the packaging?

there is never an invoice in the box, so you do not need to worry about any pricing being displayed in your order. not to mention, our art puzzle packaging is a form of art in itself, so it's the perfect gift. no gift wrap necessary!

 

can I cancel my order?

yes… as long as your order has not already shipped out.  please email us at help@eklektikpieces.com and please indicate your order number.

 

can I change the shipping address on an order I already placed?

yes… if your order has not already shipped out.  please email us at help@eklektikpieces.com and please indicate your order number.

 

my puzzle arrived damaged, what do I do?

our art puzzles are fragile, yet packaged thoroughly by our fulfillment team.  however, the shipping process is not always 100%.  should your order arrive damaged, please email your order number, as well as a photo, to help@eklektikpieces.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

 

what if my item is lost or stolen?

if your item has been marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, please allow a few additional business days for it to show up. packages are frequently scanned as "delivered" when in fact they are still en route. 

please note that ēklektik pieces is unable to replace lost/stolen items. be sure to use the correct mailing address and track your shipment to reduce the risk of errors. please reach out directly to UPS for missing or stolen packages. 

 

what is your return policy?

from our artistic packaging to the unique piece cuts, our one-of-a-kind acrylic puzzled art is so special that we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.  we can however, exchange a frame (undamaged, in original packaging) of equal/lesser value. please contact help@eklektikpieces.com.

 

are there discounts or sales?

we introduce new artists, products, and have promotions often on our website.  Make sure to check back regularly! 

 

shipping + returns

currently, ēklektik pieces ships throughout the United States, within the contiguous 48 United States:

UPS ground shipping: $10/order (5-7 days not inclusive of processing times at our warehouse)

other U.S. destinations:

Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories: UPS ground shipping only for a $15 flat rate. Please note we cannot send to P.O. boxes in Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories
